Coucou, my name is Laura.
Just a few months ago I was let go from my marketing job at a big Belgian agency. So I took some time off to reflect on what was next, and started building something around what I'd been quietly obsessed with for years: natural wine.
the story
I've worked in hospitality during my student years, and on every holiday I insist on visiting a wine domain to meet farmers and talk about their juice. Natural wine pulled me in because it matches how I want to live: low intervention, no pesticides or herbicides, being kind to nature with soil kept fertile for the next generation.
Natural wine is living wine: wild ferment, no shortcuts.
Meaning it is good for us and good for the ground it grows from.
Since leaving my job I've started my WSET training and worked through several plant-based cooking workshops, learning to cook properly with fresh, seasonal produce.
the long game
I'd love to open my own wine shop one day. I'm not rushing it — I want to actually learn the trade first. Right now that means a new role at a natural wine bar and cellar working with Italian natural wines and slowly building my own brand, Pipette.bxl. Step by step I'm becoming someone worth trusting with your bottle choice.

Small, hands-on sessions where you actually learn something useful: low-intervention winemaking, how to read a label, why the wine tastes the way it does and how to pair it with real food.

Wine curation for events
A wine selection built around your birthday, launch, expo, dinner or any other event. A selection that complements the food, the crowd and the budget. You'll get bottles that make sense together, not a random case grabbed from the nearest shop.

Wine catering
Beyond picking the bottles, I can run the bar itself: sourcing, serving and talking your guests through what's in their glass during the event. The wine side of your event, from start to finish.
